i found the same error in one of the employees ansys software.i searched for solution and found in a website
Reason:
Its due to overwriting of the same file in %temp% and %appdata% for ansys temp files .
Solution:
Rename the '.ansys' directory to "'old.ansys' in %temp%
Rename the 'ansys' directory to 'old_ansys' in %appdata%

rename the directory mentioned above also clear system temp files using cc cleaner software and restart the system.hope it works .

ReplyDeleteI uninstalled the Graphic Card Driver and before restarting the PC, I searched for (Device installation setting) in start menu and disabled it then every thing work properly.
ReplyDeleteThat will retain the basic display driver.
However this solution may affects other programs and features that need the Graphic Card Driver.
