how to hide an file and how to make it visible in windows

Hide an file or folder  in windows

1. right click on the file or folder to hide.and select properties .
2. in attributes select the hidden checkbox and press apply.
3. to ensure hiding the file go to 
4. mycomputer-->tools-->folderoption-->view-->in hidden files and folders select donot show hidden files and folders radio button.

View the hidden files in windows.

1. To make the hidden file visible do the step 4 .
2. but select the show hidden files and folders radio button.
