How to create a restore point and restore a system to previous state in xp

create a restore point.

1. open start -->  run
2. enter restore press enter and double click on rstrui.exe.
3. select create a restore point from the menu radio button and press next.
4. enter the restore point name and press create.

restore to a created restore point.

1. open start -->  run
2. enter restore press enter and double click on rstrui.exe.
3. select first option restore my computer to an earlier time and press next .
4. select an restore point from calendar and press next and next.
5. the system restarts and restore to restore point.
