how to share and connect to a network shared printer .

sharing a printer .

1. go to start-->printers an fax
2. right click on the printer to share.
3. select shareing from the list
4. enter the printer name to be displayed in network and press ok.

connecting to the printer from network pc

1. go to start-->printers an fax
2. right click and select add printer.
3. click on select a network printer radio button and select next.
4. select the second radio button as in below fig and type the network printer PC's ip address Eg:(\\10.52.23.2\Hp printer 4587) and press next and then finish
5. thats all its done,,,,
